Well the problem with the vacation thing is that when his name is mentioned, she does remember that he's had alot of health problems, so that would never work. And he calls her often, or she asks me to dial the number for her to talk to him.
Thats all she's been saying since my aunt died, "out of 11 children, only Henry and I are left now". She has been repeating that at least once an hour, so I suspect that she will not forget that. And its funny, she does remember that all her brothers and sisters are gone. I misunderstood something yesterday that she had said about one of her sisters, and I said Mom, Aunt Em passed away awhile ago. She said I know that, that's not what I asked you. So this death thing is going to be really hard to fiblet on. But I figure it this way, what's one more! I've been through 3 with her since AD, so I guess one more won't kill her or me. But again, my hands were very close to her neck!

But your right about the fiblet. When her sister in law died months ago, for the day of the funeral, I told her there was not going to be any funeral. It took me awhile to convince her, but it finally worked. But boy was she pissed at my cousin for not having funeral services. I heard about that one for a week after. Now how the hell do they remember things like that when she can't even remember what or if she ate 5 minutes ago??

Jackie

Even when you are frustrated, Jackie, your sense of humor never leaves you. You amaze me.
