Deb,

I am so sorry for your loss of Panda. Our fur babies are family members, and anyone who doesn't understand that doesn't have a pet......

I hope you can adopt that very needy puppy. It will be good for both of you. When I lost my first dog I was a basket case -- I would hear her in other parts of the house all the time -- and I felt like I was going just a little bit crazy. Wally came to live with me one week later -- he had been at the vet for his 1st puppy visit when we arrived with Sasha to have her put to sleep -- and the owner contacted us through the vet. I still miss Sasha but I have not regretted for one minute bringing Wally into my life.

We got a call from a friend who happens to be a vet. The owner of a special needs dog is looking for a home for Holly, and silky terrier... who only has 3 legs. So, we are supposed to go see the dog on Tuesday, January 6th.

It won't be the same as with Panda, but hopefully, Holly will make it easier and my free time meaningful.

Sorry I missed this earlier Deb.
Belated Hugs to you and condolences on the loss
of your dear, furry friend. I know how hard it is.

I looked eveywhere for a pic of Panda, but couldn't find one. However, this is one of Holly just after we brought her home. She is so funny for being so small!
