Come on Joyce, get going on getting those wonderful poems and writings of yours published. And hey, that reminds me, we forgot about our writings too! As far as I'm concerned and I know you are too, everyone was a winner. We really did do very well, and I want mine published and see my name on something beside a check!

So get your butt moving and start sending out all thoses beautiful things you write. Give others the pleasure of your wonderful work.

Joyce, I agree with Jackie, you should get your poems published. You have written some beautiful ones here. I'd buy a book of your poetry.

I actually have been putting a few things together. If I manage to pull this off, perhaps I will be offered a "monumental deal," in which case I will fly all of you to a book signing party!

However, generally speaking, books of poetry are not high traffic, high dollar happenings in the book world, at least that is how it seems to me. Maybe that's why "wannabe's" are often referred to as "starving artists."

Guess you will have to write a poem about Sex. That seems to sell pretty good. You could title the book "JWinslow, Sex and the Poet" or maybe just "Sexy Poems, by JWinslow"

I'll come to you book signing. If you fly me there. Think you could swing a week of respite, too. I don't think hospice would ok an extra week for me. I'll have my suitcase packed just in case. Just let me know the flight number and when it leaves.
