This site offers free downloads of legal forms, state specific, and offers explanations of what various documents such as POA's and others that a caregiver/family member would need empower us with........................ including "revoking" a POA.

I have downloaded the forms into Word Documents so I can fill in the info on my computer, and add, delete, or correct info. In my case I'm going to an attorney, but I wanted to fill in the blanks, so that I have our info readily available. Also any questions I have about any part of the form is already on my list of what to ask the attorney to explain. I don't want to have extra charges for having to call to ask questions.
