Hello everyone...... Haven't been around that much lately, and usually just read posts without even signing in. I really don't have that much to contribute anymore; mom has been gone for a year-and-a half now and the intensity of the hard times really does start to fade.

My basement flooded very early Saturday morning -- 8 inches of dirty, smelly water..... I've been cleaning and doing laundry non-stop since then. Everything needs to be disinfected and the bleach has given me a real headache tonight. I've quit for the night but will need to get back to it tomorrow. My kids were a big help all day Saturday but had to get back to their lives and jobs so I'm pretty much on my own. But they will be back to cart all the trash to the curb
