Sky,
I'm so glad I had my candy corn last week!!

Happy Halloween to you too!!!

I wish no tricks, just some very special "treats" for you. Maybe your special treat will be to hear from that sweet mamma of yours again. Hope so!

Love,
Jackie

p.s. My sisters boyfriend is a Podiatrist. Can't wait to email him that.

Happy halloween!

I've become an old stick-in-the-mud, I'm afraid. Last year, for trick or treaters, we got:

Random kids with no costume, armed with a pillowcase
Kids old enough to get a job and buy their own candy
Kids who threaten to egg my house because they don't like the candy I'm giving out
A mom at my door holding a large grocery bag out, claiming that the kid is asleep in the car
A mom pushing an infant in a stroller, holding out a large grocery bag saying 'trick or treat'
Several vanloads of kids from other neighborhoods, thinking that the people in the 'big' houses give out better candy
Maybe a dozen actual children in actual costumes who actually said "trick or treat"

So hubby has the lights off.

Oh Paper Doll - you crack me up!
Now that its dark, were getting the older kids without costumes - I give them candy anyway - so they won't t-p the place!
Take care
Eileen

Well Lori, it didn't hurt me from thoroughly enjoying my Pumpkin Pie w/ freshly made whipped cream? I would have shared?

Maybe I'll give you a chance to get back at me, and tell me where Pumpkin Pie "REALLY" comes from? Eh??? :D

P.S. *Hint* Albertson's Bakery $3.99!

Oh my Goodness, what wonderful pictures!
Here's my Halloween story with my Dad.
I dropped by in my Pollyanna clown outfit, complete
with gorgeous curly red (VERY red) wig.
He finally recognizes me "by my smile," he says.
A little later it does come up that I'm wearing a wig,
it's NOT my new hairdo.
"Oh, good," he says, "I was biting my tongue!"
:D
What a sweetheart.
