Hello Everyone,
I have missed everyone so much. I went through some medicine changes
for a while and it has taken a lot out of me. My memory is not as good as
I would like it to be but, hey, I will take what I get.
I came back to the other place but there is too much confusion,
so I have just been reading and not posting much. Not a very happy
atmoshere there anymore. So sad.
For those who don't know me... Around 1992 I was in a car asccident, where a drunk driver hit
my side of the car causing head trauma. I never completely recovered from the accident.
As a result of the accident I now have EOAD/ Vas.Dem. depending on which doctor I see.
I am married, with kids. My daughter is 36 and my son is 38. I have one granddaughter (1 year old)
Hubby is my caretaker and I am his caretaker. He doesn't have Ad or dementia.
I have been trying to learn as much as I can about AD so I can maybe make it easier on my family.
Staying active learning new things seems to be working for the time being. My moods were changing
with the weather but since starting Zoloft they seem to be more stable.
I am glad I found y'all!!!! It is good to be here and feel safe again!.
