Well I'm going to make this as short as I can. But I really had to tell you all this story.

Yesterday Mom was getting up to go to the bathroom. I was on the couch sleeping, but I did hear her get up (she moans with every breath). Before I had a chance to get up, she screamed as she lost her balance and realized she was going to fall. Thank God she was by the other couch, and she fell on there.

I helped her up from the couch, and was starting to help her to the bathroom, and she pushed me out of the way, and said she didnt' need any help. Well after being waken from sleeping, of course I wasn't in a very good mood. I led her to the bathroom anyway, and of course when she got out it all started.

She went on and on about how I treat her like a child etc. Of course did I hold my tongue? Oh no, not me!

She went to her room, pouted a bit, came down, got her sweater, and said she was leaving. I told her she would need more than a sweater, as it was cold outside. So of course she went and grabbed a coat too.

I was on the couch, and I started watching a movie. She sat on the kitchen chair, so I figured she was safe and I didnt' pay anymore attention to her. Seems she likes to get my goat with things, so I just shut up. I hear her going through the kitchen drawers, and I ask her what she was looking for.

I turn around, and she has my phone book on the counter and is looking through it. I asked her who she was looking for, and she's says Laura (Granny Nanny) Now mind you she doesn't even know her last name.

I then asked her why. She said she was going to call her and have her pick her up. I asked her where she was going to have Laura take her. She told me that she is going to go stay with her. She doesn't treat me like a child. I mean come on, can you believe this. How the hell could she have thought of that?

I told her her number is not in the book, but by the phone on a piece of paper. She actually went to the phone to get the number. Of course I stopped her.

I'm really glad she likes Laura as much as she does. But I'll tell you one thing, she is not getting any money thats left over thats for sure!!!

And one sister and one brother is all I can handle right now!

Jackie

I don't know, maybe Granny Nanny would make a great sister. Then you would have one sibling that was willing to help you.
But then again, she may become like many other sibs and not help. Better leave well enough alone.

Joyce,

I do have to say, as much as I complain about my brother not being around to help, my sister helps me often. I complain about one, but don't give enough credit to the other.

But I still don't want another sister. She would probably become like my brother, especially since I would stop paying her if we adopted her!

Boy Jackie your life is as much fun as mine. Aren't siblings fun. Extra's don't help either. Just step back and laugh it's all you can do.
