Well whadda you know. Mom going deaf? No big deal. Mom Self-Injecting-Insulin? Got her attention. (Mom's attorney wrote me back?) And I suspect the question, or just the word "Who is liable?" So, now Mom's attorney thinks Mom should see a GYN, while I am there, and that those 'pesky' Self-Injections, need to stop. Auhhhhh....who knew, she cared?

I don't know what I'd do if I had to go through what you're going through. Why do people put money before the person they are supposed to love?
I hope the attorney does something and does it quickly.
Three visits or even monthly visits isn't enough, your mother needs someone daily. Or even better would be someone 24/7.
I don't know how you handle things as well as you do. Mom has one person who cares and that's you.
Only a few more weeks and you'll see her again.

Guess you got the attorney's attention quicker than you thought. Maybe they'll be a chance she'll be listening to you a bit more now, and custody of your mom will be sooner than you think!

Thanks you guys. I think Mom's Attorney is pretty useles, I mean she has been to that houae, and I have written her longer and, worse E-Mails that you would think would curl her hair? At the very least, it is a bell that can't be unrung, and if the same 'partners' that insist she charge us for reading, and responding, to each and every E-Mail, get a glimpse of one of these?

She knows the whole truth, and how could she live, with knowing my Mom is in so much danger? 5 minutes away? It is a lot to hope for, but at least she is a Professional, and I would think they are bound to some kind of ethics? Attornies, yea, I know, not exactly Saints.

You know Joyce, I am surprised it hasn't broken me. I guess I know I have to stay strong for my Mom, and you are right, I am all she has.

I just hope thi one doesn't back-fire, because Mom's Attorney could E-Mail or phone my sister, tell on me, and my Sister could cry to my Mom, and maybe my Mom wouldn't even want to see' me? You never know. I am not ALLOWED to have any contact with her Attorney or her Doctors, not sure how that happened, but I have my hunches.
