Is there a way to change setting so the whole screen
shows at one time I am wearing out my wrist scrolling left & right?

The only thing I know about to do that is in the upper right hand corner there's a little double square next to the x, clicking on that on my computer enlarges what I have on my screen, clicking it again makes it smaller again. The dounble square changes to a single square, it fluctuates back and forth each time you click on it. I hope I am making sense, but it works for me.

I have the same problem!

And I thought it was because I still have one of those old screens...

Good to see you here, Vickie!

I can't change it either. Even tried to minimize the print size, but I can barely read it as it is. I might have to try it on my Lap-Top, it has a Wide Screen. It might be set up for a Wide Screen. Good thinking!

I don't know if this will hel but if while you have the forum open (don't have to be logged on) you will put your cursor at the side of the whole open box until you see the little arrows <--> (they sort of look like that) you can adjust the width of the whole page. You can adjust the height by doing the same thing at the top and bottom too. By doing that you can make the page as large as your monitor screen if you want.

Did that make sense?

go to start>control panel>display settings and then go to the last tab which says "settings" and you can adjust the screen size from there. There should be a slider bar you can slide with your mouse. Let us know if that works.

BTW, most webpages are set up for 1024x768 resolution. That might give you a place to start.

Go in and fiddle around with the text size a bit. I will check back and see how that worked for you.

Changing to a larger font has helped but the extra large font only messed up the Windows stuff not anything to do with the forum.

Snick
Thanks for all of the suggestions you helped me solve another little problem I was having also.

I've been having the same issues so when
I post a reply, I make the paragraphs shorter...
like this. :) I've tried everything else, and my
wrist is also getting sore.

BTW, how did all of you get the cute little pixs
next to your name? Been to the settings, but
then it requires a certain size. Where did you
find yours? Always something to learn. LOL

Thx.

bb girl

The little picks are called avatars. First you will need to find a picture that you like then change the size. There is a whole thread about avatars that tells you how to do them. Once you have the picture down to the size you want save it to your computer. then go to your profile from the top. Scroll down and there will be a place under avatars where there is a browse key. Click that then pick your picture from the ones that it displays and tell it to open. Then go to the save button and you will have your avatar by your name.

Thank you girls!!

I went there earlier & found the pix that I would
have liked to add... however even tho it said it was
the proper URL (jpg, etc), it didn't work.

Too tired for tonight.
Tomorrow's a new day. :)
