Hi My Dear Friends, It has been a long time since I have been able to (or had the time) to get on here and catch up. I have spent a great deal of time trying to read everything I missed! Geee A lot has happened.

For those of you that have lost your loved ones, know that I have said a heart felt pray that God give each of you the strenght that you need to get through the minutes, hours, day, weeks and coming months as you walk each day without your loved one.

While I haven't been able to get on line much to check on each of you I have had each of you in my hearts and in my prayers.

Vicki: I am saddened to hear about your Mom!

Now for a quick update from around here! I am working working working. I am out in the weather more than I was in my old area so I have felt the effects of the cold this year. My Parents got hit really bad by the ice storm in NW ARK and they lost their power. It was going to be almost 2 weeks before they got to their area to restore power (one of the disadvantages of living the the booneies!!!) , so they packed up what they could and came to stay at my house. My daughter lost her power too, but she was so close to giving birth her doctor didn't recommend that she travel more than 5 miles from home.. so they camped out at a friends house (that had power) for a few days. During that time she had Braxton (sp?) Hicks and went to the hospital for several hours just to be sent home and told that it wasn't time yet! ha ha

Then came Valentines Week at work.. Oh what a joy to see that so many people have loved ones that they send flowers to! grrr After a week of 12 hour days and tones of candy, flowers and vermont bears.. I didn't want to have anything to do with Valentines day.. ha ha Although BF was very sweet and as usual treated me like a princess that day. Well he does most days but even more so on that day! (Can we have a group aww? ) ha ha

I had truck problems about a month ago and have been shuffling rides until we can afford to get the truck fixed. So I have had a very full plate! to say the least.

Now for the good news!!!!!! My Daughter had the BABY!!!!!!!!!!!! Annastyn Belle was born at 7:06 on March 17. She weighed 5 lbs 12 ounces and was 18 inches long. Daughter and Baby got to go home the following day so both are doing GREAT! Big Sister Alayia really likes the new baby doll that Mom and Dad broght home for her to play with.. ha ha She loves and kisses on Annastyn every chance she gets. She has even tried to hold her when Mommy and Daddy weren't looking.. ha ha

I am waiting for all the rif-raf (his Mom, Sister, Dad and Her Dad) to stop their visits so I can go up there and see all of my girls!!!! And start spoiling Annastyn like I have Alayia.. tee hee

I will try to check back in more often and keep updated a little better.

Karen and Nancy, I do want to Thank You both for emailing me and keeping me updated on things!!!! It means a lot to me that you guys have not forgotten about me.

I think of each of you every day!

Well good grief girl, I thought you fell off the end of the world. Glad to see you are still alive and kicking. I'm so happy to hear that mom and baby are doing well. Try to stop in more often. We miss you.

Denise,
Well how the heck are you dear friend? So very nice to hear from you! Gosh, you have been very busy. The Valentines story is really funny. By the last flower or candy delivery I would have had to thrown in the towel for sure. God bless you for making it a happy day for others.

Congrats on your new granddaughter. And I know you meant to say she was born on the 17th of Feb., right? I know how excited you must be to go see both granddaughters. You're smart for waiting until everyone else stops the oogleing. I don't know about you, but I'm selfish that way. Want to see the kids all by myself. I want all the attention!!

Well, you take care, and come see us whenever you have a chance. We understand time contraints, so whenever you have a moment to chime in, we'd love to hear from you.

Jackie

Hi Denise, I'm new on this forum but wanted to add my congratulations on the birth of your new grandaughter. I'm a first time grandma since my grandson was born in August.
There is nothing better than spoiling them. Have fun.

I want a grandchild!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gosh I am so glad my daughter can't find me on this site. She would clobber me! Someday maybe, time just isn't right for her yet.

Congrats on the new baby! I love her name and if you can, maybe you can share a picture of her? We love to see babies around here!

Sounds like you have had some crazy days lately. Hope things are getting back to normal and you can post a bit more. We have missed you!

Take care and it's nice to see you back!

Thank you everyone! I have missed each of you too. It just seems like life has been full of Non-Stop Adventure lately.. I have been so busy that I have even had to resort to stopping at McDonalds a time or two to get happy meals for the dogs just to make up for the lack of Mommy lap time. When I am at home they are glued to me! Hopefully things will start to settle down a little bit now that winter is almost over!!! I think in the coming months I am going to cut back to a 4 day work week (once I finish paying off getting the truck fixed!!! ha ha ) so I willhave more time during the summer. I might grumble about working but to be honest I am thankful that I have a job.

Yes I did mean Feb. 17th.. ha ha See things have been so crazy I can't even keep up with dates!!!!!

One of you asked for a picture of the New Baby.. I will see what I can do about trying to post one! Once I have had a chance to try to remember how to do it. ha ha I am sure I will have to resize it so that it will fit..

I will check back in on everyone in a few days. I have a busy weekend coming up since I work EVERY Weekend now!

Prayers and Hugs to everyone!
