I've been meaning to ask this for awhile, and keep on forgetting. By our names, it says the word Karma with numbers of plus or minus. Can someone tell me what the heck that is?

Hey Jacky, good question. I wish I could answer it myself, haha. It was an add-on that was put into the forum with the last round of modifications they did, and I think it's just to give people points for a good post. it doesn't equate to any prizes or anything, just good karma ;)
