The tecky guy asked me "Is there anything important that you want to save?" Before he did a total "System Restore" which wipes everything out, back to 3 1/2 years ago! And I said "No, not really?" I had already pulled all Photos & Videos off onto an exterior drive? I forgot about hundreds of E-Mail Addys, and groups, etc. Still a little Brain-Dead, from this last trip. Seriously, missing brain cells!
