I'll say a whopper of a big prayer.
You will do wonderfully, and those you touch will
truely benefit.
God Bless!

It was a pretty good day. I spent most of the time with one gentleman who just didn't want to be alone. Then I spent some time with a woman who had the most positive attitude I have ever come across.

One person came in who had lost her mother last week and she brought food for the staff. I introduced myself to her and she just started telling me about her mother.

I'm not sure how I should feel about today but I know that I am just mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted.

I am glad to hear from you Lori! I was going to send you an E-Mail, but then all the excitement about the Earthquake, and what-not?

Mull it over tonight, do you work every day, for four hours a day? Will you be going back tomorrow?

Well, if I don't see you post about it on your Blog, I will come look for you here.

Good Night Friend, as Russ would say "You Did Good!"

Well I was feeling a bit down today. I really wasn't sure if it was the volunteering that got to me or not. Then hospice called a little while ago to give me another assignment and I feel good again. So I guess that wasn't it.

WOW...it must be so hard, to sort it all out? I was thinking something very profound today...kind of...I remember sitting on the toilet somewhere, either a public one, or somewhere, anyway, someone had scratched on the wall right above the toilet paper roll..."Every Body needs a Porpuse in their life?" Yes, the misspelling was intentional?

I am really looking forward to baby-sitting the little ones, this Saturday Night, at Church! I feel mysefl getting a little down, or a little lost, and then I remember..."I have a Porpuse!"

I hope Hospice is like that for you Lori, and if it isn't, hey, it is a Volunteer position, they will be lucky to have as much of You, as you can offer, right now.

Hang-In-There, you know how I worry! N.Mc.
