Hey All, as you can see there has been some changes made to the board. This is the dreaded upgrade I told everyone about a month or so ago. I think once I get things a little more organized then we will fit right back at home. I'm going to work on this today, so please be patient with me if you are reading this now. I think there should be some better features for us to use with this upgrade. Hopefully

Okay, so I've entered the settings for the board to get it as close as possible to how it was before. Please reply with some feedback on likes and disklikes. A few very noticeable changes. We have an iPortal which is the page you see when you first come to the website, before you get to the forums. This page has many cool features, and basically gives you an overview of statistics of the board and latest messages as well as latest users and upcoming birthdays. Once you access the forums you will see a chat box up top. This is another cool feature, but remember it is a community text box so everyone can see what you write in there. If you want to send a message to an individual user please use the PM (private message) button under that users name. I am still figuring out some font issues. There is also a share button on almost every page, so if you want to share ADcaregivers.com with others you can do so by clicking this green button at the bottom of the page, the one that says "share this" and post it to a popular social networking site, blog, or email it to others. Also, we have lost our avatars, those of us who had them, and our personal information. So, please update this information so we can also keep up to date with everyone's birthdays. You can do this in the "user control panel" in the top right corner of the page. Any questions please reply here. Thanks!!!

Oh!!! And there is a cool arcade with hundreds of games, just in case the forum didn't cause enough procrastination

wow, I did it!! now if I could just figure out how to get my avatar back on here. it took me days to get it on originally.

Hey Jackie, the avatar can be found by clicking the User Control Panel at the top right of the page, then clicking on Profile on the left of the page, and you'll find the button that says Avitar, I changed the size to 120x120 so we can add larger ones.

When I go into Avatar, my Current Avatar has a blank box with a red x in the upper left hand corner. Can you give me any further instructions.

Hey Jackie, it's because the old avatars were deleted with the change over. I liked your coffee one, you should add that again. If you want to choose a bigger avatar you can go up to 120 x 120 now instead of the old 80 x 80. If you tried to upload a new one and it's still coming up as a box with red square then let me know.

Wow! Sure hope I catch someone online so as to use the chat feature. I'll figure out the rest as I get the chance.

I like the new forum! The layout is pretty cool and I like the arcade...now I can procrastinate even more lol!
