I saw Rosie's post on the other board and was fuming but kept my mouth shut so that those who are sincere could offer their condolences. Actually though, the good thing is that several people found their way to this board through that post. Just proof that God turns everything to good.

Speaking of the other board, I received a slap on the hand today from the administrators there because of a post I made regarding getting a dog when the LO doesn't want one. They have deleted the thread, by the way.

That's it for me and that board. All done. They can have it.... :)

Stay here howdy. We'll protect you.

Why would the administrators care what you wrote about getting a dog? That is just too much

I am thinking about going to Clarkston next week, maybe wee and maebee can get together. Just depends on how I feel next week. Also depends on the weather.

I noticed that, that the dog thread had been deleted. Interesting. We're not allowed to be upset by someone's constant turmoil and bad decisions?

Okay, Joyce, see how you feel...

Crella, apparently we are just supposed to be supportive of her and her decisions. Frankly, my concern is with her mom, the house is chaotic as it is and no wonder she acts out all the time. I just have to let it go. I'd been supportive to her previous posts, but the dog one just drove me over the edge. Sometimes I wonder if there is someone over there who just makes up screen names and posts outrageous things over and over to rile everyone up.

I'm just staying here. It's drama-free and much more comfortable. :)

Kind of unrealistic though, to post a message on a board with a couple hundred (?) members and expect everyone to agree with you. I think that people held it together pretty well until the dog post. :D How frustrating is it to go round and round for weeks or months like that? People have been more than patient. All caps, always a crisis, and no resolution ever, nor was any advice ever heeded. I have wondered more than once was Zoey a troll(not saying she is, I just mean the constant turmoil made me wonder). Now she has posted a goodbye thread. Frustrate the dickens out of lots of people, then slam the door on your way out. Oy.

I really hope she gets the help she needs. I don't know how though.

We've been through this before - Beware of Trolls!!!
They suck innocent people into their web.
It's such a strange phenom - I've even seen them on blogs about tv shows - for trolls its all about creating drama and responses.
It took me 4 years but I finally learned to ignore them.
Take care you're safe here.
Peace
Eileen

Oh my, Trolls again! Forgot about that! They like attention, thats for sure, and they do like to cause controversy, so watch out! They also like to write very nice posts about people that aren't very nice and start drama for sure.

As Eileen said, BEware!!

I saw that post too and couldn't understand why it was deleted. I agreed with what most everyone was saying but didn't post because the one time I did respond to one of "those" posts I was basically told I didn't understand. Hard to help people who really don't want it--seems to just want people to feel sorry for them when it's sort of their own fault. I haven't been here very long but this site seems to be much more gentle and supportive.

I came late to this discussion and I think it has all been said. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. God bless.
