See, Lori,
You just knew she would do it! I can't wait for the stories.

I'll be there soon to make sure you're doing what you're told to do.

If you're not takeing care of yourself when I get there, I'll tell everyone you're being stubborn. Then we will all yell at you.

Getting anxious for our meeting. Are you going to be there Snick? I hope so because it could take both of us to hold her down. I don't think Jackie is the type to sit still for long.

Hello all,
Have just a few as I just can't seem to sit, plus pain meds make it almost impossible for me to think straight. Therapists seem to think I'm doing well for only a week into surgery, but they didn't have the surgery. I am in soooo much pain.

I had a different therapist yesterday. Her name is Sue. I'll be calling her Big Bertha. I don't think I need to explain any further. Today was a very bad day for pain.

Sorry, but this is all I can do. Have read a bit a few minutes ago, but not much. Another week should hopefully do it. Love you all and miss you all.

Jackie

A very important point, not often considered!

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Jackieeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Hang-In there Kiddo! I know recovery is the hardest part, and may seem like a lifetime, but then *Poof* you are well, at least that as been my experience, but easy for me to say "I didn't have the surgery!" I hope you get a nice visit in, with Joyce, & Snick, although, be careful, Joyce sounds like she is going to do her impression of Nurse Cratchett! LOL!

I'll check in, the from Dungeon, & "Starbucks!"

P.S. I don't know if I ever told you, but I seriously considered buying a day pass at the YMCA, but $15.00 sounded like a lot of money, for a shower? If I could take a yoga class, or something too, it would be worth it, or sit in the Jacuzzi, or a Sauna, but I don't usually have that much "ME" time. You know the drill! Shopping, shopping, shopping. Doctors, Doctors, Doctors. I tend to do a lot of the driving, and I guess Mom is ready for another new wardrobe!

Oh friends, I'm so very sorry I still haven't been able to get on here. I'm still in so much pain. I just can't seem to sit in a chair. Seems like the recliner and walking are my only comfortable postion. I sure wish hubby would feel sorry enough for me to go get me a laptop, but seems he doesn't. What a meany!!!

Moms also gone downhill since all this has happen to me. Coincidence? Who knows? Had an upper respiratory and runs right before my surgery, and now also can't hear. And as I see from many of you, many of your loved ones are also going down.

Thank God my sister has been here. But with work and nursing us, she really is wearing thin.

Anyhow, as soon as I get some energy I promise I will come on and respond to everyone. You are all constantly on my mind, and I feel bad that I haven't been part of this team for a few weeks. Maybe once the staples are out on Monday, I'll get a little more relief.

I want to welcome Joyce's brother in law. So good to have you on board. We love Joyce, and she has helped us through many a situation. We will all be here for you and do what we can. Don't worry about questions or what to ask. Just come here, read, and just vent. We'll listen. And they'll be many times where we will be relying on you.

Few more days, and I should be returning.

love to you all,
Jackie

Jackie, Sweetie!

I'm SO glad you have your surgery finally behind you! I'm SO sorry you've been in so much pain. And trust me! I KNOW how those PT therapist are! I told mine (for my shoulder) that he needed to call their Pt office "The dungeon" because I felt like it was the torture chamber! lol! BUT. . .it does help in the healing process!

Bless your heart! What you've had to go through! I am So - SO sorry! I really wish that I live closer or I would certainly be up there to help you too!

I hope someday to be able to meet you and the others someday! Know that I'm keeping you and your mother in my prayers! I've missed you!! I hope you're feeling better soon!

Love,

Connie
