We managed to sneak off to Cannon Beach (2 hr drive) without ADLO knowing where we were going. Kelley wanted to go to the beach last summer, and "issues" prevented it. She desperately wanted her Senior High pictures with the sand and the surf behind her.
Kids of AD sadly miss out on lots of things..........but as others told me, senior year only comes once, and I was determined to make it happen.

Sorry these turned out so big on here Aitan. Hope you don't mind. I'm trying to get better at learning to resize.

What a beautiful girl! Glad you got to get away for a little R&R! We all need to re-charge our batteries every now and again don't we?!

I'm so glad you did this and got time for just the two of you together. She's a beautiful young lady.

Wow, that looks so serene.. the weather in Florida has been like that lately, but can't say that will last for too much longer with this tropical storm en route. No worries about the photo size 8)

Thanks everyone. It really was alot of fun at the beach. Cold, but fun.

Lori, Kelley wants one of these two for her yearbook. The others will be put in a memory book, or collage, and also for giving to her friends and relatives. The silouette in the first post is what I'd like to frame with a poem or essay about reflections on life.

Breathtaking!
Your daughter is beautiful and her lovely spirit shines
through in her smile.
I'm so happy you both had this time together!
I really like your idea of the poem with the first one.
Be sure to share it when you decide. :D

Ok, I want to know which one she picks. I like the bottom one because she has such a beautiful smile and I also like the way the breeze is blowing her hair.
