For all those that requested copies of the instructions, here they are.
I hope this works. I scanned them as jpegs but I also have them in Word & PDF if people want me to email them.

Could you email me the first page? I have the rest of the instructions but not that one page.
Unless there is some way I can enlarge what you sent. If there is let me know and I'll do that.

I went back and reread your last PM and couldn't figure out why you had Joyce's email address on it, now I think I know why. I'll be watching for your new email.
