Friends,

Tracy contacted me by email today, and asked me to be her contact for updates. I will copy what she wrote to me. She has had a slight stroke, and is having a hard time writing. Please keep her in your prayers. Aitan, if you could keep this on top with our other update topic, I'd appreciate it. I will send your responses by email to her. Thanks everyone.

This is what she wrote:

I have suffered a slight stroke and have diffuculty writing, very slow as what use to be. I wanted to know if you would serve as the contact person and post any news on here? My husband would update you. I had a mylegram yesterday and my back surgery was sceduled on the 8th of Dec. so he can keep you all updated. If you will do this, I will need your e-mail address if you could please send it to me.
Thanks, Tracy

You and family are in my daily prayers.

Such bad news Traci, but I'm glad it wasn't more serious. God be with you.

I just received this email from Tracy and I told her I would try to get the word out.

Hi Joyce, sorry it has taken me so long to reply. I appreciate EVERZYTHING you did to help support the camp last year. Here is the address to send donations:
Alzheimer's Association Oklahoma/Arkansas Chapter
Attention: Kate Scruggs
6465 S. Yale, Suite 312
Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136-7804
In the memo line make sure you write Camp Building Bridges

I would like to get the other donors going again that donated last year but am moving alittle slower this year. The camp did AWESOME with a 97% rating that is why it was adopted by the Oklahoma Chapter and National is now endorsing it.

Thanks again for all of youtr help.

Luv, Tracy

Checks can be made out to:

Alzheimers Association Oklahoma/Arkansas Chapter

I hope there is no problem putting this through Aitan

thanks for keeping us updated on Tracy...what an inspiration!!!!

Tracy: take care of yourself and thanks again for everything you do--I still treasure that I was able to take from your experiences what mom went thru--that to me offered me some comfort in a very uncomforting situation...God Bless you and your family--you are never far from my prayers....
